In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an agam89 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. agam89 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated software agent) registering on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and criminally prohibited under local law in a manner that would render your use of agam89 unlawful.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by agam89 or any affiliated responsible-gaming program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of agam89 or any of its affiliated game-software suppliers.

Each individual is permitted to hold one agam89 account only. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. agam89 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you, unless you have notified agam89 of a suspected security breach in writing without unreasonable delay.

agam89 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

All transactions on agam89 are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). agam89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your agam89 account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by your bank or e-wallet provider. agam89 does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes of approval, seven days a week, including Indonesian national public holidays. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The withdrawal destination bank account or e-wallet must be registered in the same name as the agam89 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• agam89 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above agam89's internal review threshold.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Member dashboard at the time of the request and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus credit are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request.
• agam89 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of routine anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering checks. agam89 will notify the relevant Member as promptly as practicable in such cases.

agam89 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, FIFA World Cup campaigns, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

The following general bonus rules apply across all agam89 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Registering additional accounts to claim the same promotion is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering Requirements specify both the minimum multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) and any game-type restrictions (e.g., sportsbook bets only, minimum odds of 1.50) that apply to turnover calculations. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly listed in the promotion terms.
• agam89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to evidence of promotion abuse or system errors affecting bonus crediting.
• Winnings derived from bonuses credited as a result of a system error or processing mistake are not withdrawable and will be corrected upon identification.
• agam89's decision on all bonus and promotion disputes is final.

All bets placed on the agam89 sportsbook, including BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) international fixtures, Piala AFF matches, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL), are subject to agam89's sportsbook rules as published on the platform at the time of bet placement.

The following general betting rules apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed on the platform. agam89 does not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets except where agam89's rules expressly provide for voiding (e.g., event postponement, technical error, or manifest pricing error).
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled before the parlay outcome is determined. If one leg is void, that leg is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining selections.
• Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to your wager. agam89 is not responsible for any delay in your device loading a page that results in odds changing before you submit your bet.

In the event of a dispute, the game provider's server log is the authoritative record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agam89 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, falsifying documents, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering or operating more than one agam89 account under any combination of personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Bonus abuse: Coordinating with others to exploit promotional offers, using automated tools to claim bonuses, or engaging in any betting pattern designed to guarantee a profit from a bonus rather than for genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or table games to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit pricing inefficiencies without human decision-making.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting odds differentials between agam89 and other operators, or placing offsetting bets across platforms in a manner that guarantees a risk-free profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering: Using the agam89 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using agam89 as a mechanism for currency conversion or value transfer unrelated to genuine betting activity.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, miscalculated odds, or system vulnerability on the agam89 platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are not withdrawable and will be reversed.

agam89 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards. agam89 may request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to:

• Prior to processing your first withdrawal.
• When your cumulative deposit or withdrawal activity exceeds agam89's internal review thresholds.
• When unusual account activity is detected that warrants enhanced due diligence.
• As part of a routine periodic account review.

To complete KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued national ID card (KTP), passport, or Indonesian driver's licence — valid and clearly legible, showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence — no older than 90 days — showing your name and residential address.

agam89 will make reasonable efforts to review submitted KYC documents within three (3) business days. • Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your agam89 account. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be used to deposit, bet, or access any game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the agam89 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any agam89 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any agam89 software.
• Use the agam89 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the agam89 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of agam89's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agam89 shall not be liable to any Member or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting opportunities or expected winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or network interruptions beyond agam89's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside agam89's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Decisions made by a Member in reliance on information published on the agam89 platform, including odds, statistical data, match information, or promotional terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to your bank, e-wallet provider, or other third-party payment service.

agam89's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit agam89's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

agam89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice if agam89 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account would expose agam89 to legal, reputational, or financial risk.

Upon account closure for breach, agam89 may, at its sole discretion:

• Forfeit any Bonus balances, Bonus-derived winnings, or winnings generated through prohibited conduct.
• Retain real-money balances for a reasonable investigation period before determining whether they are eligible for return to the Member.
• Report the relevant conduct to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement bodies.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting agam89 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable Bonus forfeiture) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

agam89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, agam89 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active Members via a platform notification or email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the agam89 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the agam89 platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

agam89 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to agam89's operating jurisdiction. agam89 operates as an internationally regulated betting platform targeting the Indonesian market and applies internationally recognised standards for fair play, data security, and responsible gaming.

In the event of any dispute between you and agam89 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting agam89 support in writing. agam89 will endeavour to respond to and resolve written complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial written complaint, either party may escalate the dispute through the applicable dispute resolution procedures of agam89's regulatory framework. The parties agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis; class-action or collective dispute proceedings are not permitted under these Terms.
